2. Orders & Services
Quotes provided through our Site, by phone, or by email are estimates and may change based on fabric, materials, and labor required.
A deposit may be required to confirm services.
Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom work (such as reupholstery, fabric cutting, or special orders) is non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Cancellation before materials are purchased may be eligible for a partial refund.

By opting in, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SMS Frequency & Opt-Out
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Kam’s Furniture related to quotes, job updates, appointment reminders, and other service communications.
Message Frequency: No more than 4 messages per month, unless related to ongoing service communications you’ve requested.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You’ll receive a final confirmation, and no further texts will be sent.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship but cannot guarantee against normal wear, customer misuse, or damage caused by pets, spills, or improper care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of our products or services.
